Available Results:

Back to our last post: 'We have found that it's hard for users to reach the information through the search query, mainly because the users don't know what is the best way to write questions or queries that return with the best answer'. Available Results is one of the technologies that we adopt to help the users not only to get more semantic results, but also to improve the searching experiences and allow the users to control the results.

Available Results  locate at the left side of the page. The available results buttons allows the users to get additional semantic results without the need to search again or leave the page. For example when you search about city, the additional results could be: Weather, Hotels, Attractions, and Events; and when you search about movies the additional results could be: Trailer, Memorable Quotes, User reviews. Also the Available Results allow your to hide the results.

Kngines new interface :

We have  received many feedbacks about the user interface last month, so improving the user interface is  one of our main concerns in this release. The main challenge in designing the new interface is how to make it satisfyall these requirement such as : Making it clear, Using the spaces effectively especially the vertical space because many of today Laptops is just 768 pixels and  Making it beautiful, all that without doing massive changes to  avoid disturbing our existent users.

In the new interface we minimized the header section, moved the related down, optimized the available spaces, also we give the user the power to get more semantic results and show/hide the results through the Available Results section without leaving the page.

The news is important,Dah! so Kngine will now view news, photos  within the Web results. So you can easily watch and know the latest news and top photos results for the companies, products, actors, artists, and more.

Unit Conversion:

Along with  the already existent Currency Conversion, Very soon Kngine will be capable of converting between the major Distance, Area, Volume, Weight, Density, Force, Power, Pressure, and Temperature units.

Spell Checking:

We will provide Spell Checking inside the next release of Kngine to help the users to get what they are looking for.

Better Data Visualization:

Besides the new interface, We have improved the information visualization.
